Shipping Insurance

Important things to note about all shipments:

• All Orders are shipped via USPS
• Our Free Shipping Does NOT include insurance. 
• Our Priority Mail option includes insurance up to $100
• Any lost packages resulting from shipper/carrier error and/or any stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer. 

If you'd like to add insurance to your FREE SHIPPING option OR add MORE insurance coverage onto your PRIORITY MAIL shipping option (which includes only $100) than this is for you! 

Please take careful consideration on shipping choices when placing orders of significant value. It is at your discretion whether to ship Priority Mail which includes tracking & Insurance OR take our free shipping option which does include tracking, however, it does not include insurance. Any lost packages resulting from shipper/carrier error and/or any stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer. 

• Shipping Insurance is covered by ShipSurance 
• Coverage provided by this program covers the parcel and its contents from all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause (subject to the exclusions listed below) while in transit.
• All provided information regarding shipments that require coverage must be correct and complete. If incorrect details are provided when insuring a package there will be no coverage. For example: If a customer inputs the incorrect shipping address, your insurance would be void. 
• To claim your insurance work directly with us, Pure Pollination, by contacting us at support@purepollination.com - there is no need to contact the insurer.
